Kamoun & Kanoun

Kamoun & Kanoun is a project launched by Jamal Benhmida, a self-taught chef from Sousse, to promote the diversity and rich influences of traditional Tunisian cuisine. As a caterer, culinary guide and workshop organizer, he shares his passion with as many people as possible, promoting the development of local Tunisian products.
